"Raphael" is an insult used similary to "Kevin" or "Sebastian." It's rather uncommon hence it should not be used recklessly. It's a poweful insult that will obliterate everyone and everything. A Raphael is a person that behaves like an asshole and judges people that he doesn't even know. An alman you could say, but they don't necessarily have to be German. However, people often misunderstand Raphaels. They only see their dickhead behavior, but legend has it that they can be very nice.

Raph is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. He is caring, outgoing, friendly, cool, athletic and smart ! That's mostly whu all his friends admire him. Also, Raphael is tall, good looking and has incredibly beautiful eyes. That makes him the main character of a webtoon romance : all the high school girls crush on him !
You are lucky if you have a Raphael as a friend : he knows how to listen to you, he's always available for you and will give you good advices whitout ever judging you. Raph will give you support when you need it and bring good mood when you're low.
In a relationship, Raphael is very romantic and attentive and puts his girl/boyfriend before anyone else. Even if he can be very discreet about his emotional life, everyone knows how strong his feelings are.
