Business Rape

Business Rape occurs when a larger business or corporation forces it’s will over a smaller corporation or business, ie. hostile takeover. The larger business will force it’s will over the smaller business until the larger business gets what it wants, usually the sweet profit of the smaller business. This process can be extremely painful for those involved especially if the matter is tied up court for months in court listening to boring facts and figures. The end result being the company being taken over or not being taken over but left battered and bruised and lacking self worth.
To take over a Business by force, with another business.
Or to rape the profits out of another business, ie. business rape

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
