| 1. | Pulling a Braun | ||
|
The act of declaring your innocence based on evidence being excluded, when said evidence clearly supported a guilty verdict. Applies to people who don't understand the difference between "innocent" and "not guilty" in American trial courts. "Don Vito Scadoni was pulling a Braun when he told the papers he was glad that the evidence exonerated him, when in fact the evidence said he was guilty but was thrown out by a paid-off judge."
