To become a certified Puerto Rican barbie you must be given the title, you can not start calling yourself this, if you do it will go unrecognized and your certification will not be honored, and therefore you will not be a PRB. A PRB is a woman will never gives in to jealousy, and is never insecure, but rather conceited.
