In short, when one Puddy-Puckers they are (with every ounce of their being) attempting to hold in a fart that they are almost positive could result in a hot-liquid-ass explosion, but the attempt fails (usually due to a weakened rectum muscle) and piping hot shart builds a new home in one's britches.
