Pshtduh

When talking to someone in a friendly conversation, you say "pshtduh", (another meaning for "Heck yeah, that's obvious!").

Spencer: (sarcastically) "Of course you're awesome, Ms. Fantasticaly Awesome."
You: "Pshtduh, I am!"
