When playing Monopoly and the person who is almost bankrupt jumps their own property to their own property to avoid paying rent until they pass GO.

Joe: Haha! Get a 5, land on my property and you're going under!
Johnathan: *rolls a 7* Haha! Got on to my railroad!
Joe: YOU PROP HOPPIN' SON OF BIT*H!!!!
