TO AVOID SOMETHING. For example, in the song "lo que paso, pasó", it refers to the girl avoiding her man to be with someone else... the act of avoiding something. It is also a word commonly used in Puerto Rico while playing basketball.

Daddy Yankee uses it in his song "Lo Que Paso, Paso" and here he means the girl is a "precious thing" so she should give her self "precious things". That's why he says "Presea, dale Presea"
