Pink Sock Otterpop

(similar to "pink sock lollipop", with a twist)

One performs a "pink sock", places their mouth at the tip, and squeezes the intestinal wall from the base, much like a child squeezes an Otter Pop.

• Man: "Girl, you gonna get pink sock otterpopped!"

• Woman: "Sweet!"
