When a woman does something particularly sexually promiscuous despite obvious consequences.

Brendon: "Honestly, I can't believe Candi would wear shorts in January."
Greg: "Yeah, that takes true perslutverance."

Bridget: "Wait, she slept with him, without a condom, despite knowing that he had AIDS?"
Greg: "That is perslutverance to the max."
