Few meanings;

To hide something, To get drunk, To get high or To get so drunk and/or high you get lost and end up sleeping in a random place (parked off).

Dave: Who's getting parked off tonight ?

Richie: Wouldn't mind getting parked off tonight.

To “park it off” is London slang for hiding drugs or weapons, from the police.

PARKING LOT KISS OFF

When you meet someone and take two different cars to a function, restaurant, sports game, graduation, movie and you're hoping to spend more time with them afterwards and you get to the parking lot and they go on their own in different cars.

Hey John how was your dinner? Dinner was good but I got the PARKING LOT KISS OFF.
