P.D.I.F

An acronym commonly used by ana people. Stands for: Perfection Doesn't Include Food. Can be used for motivation to starve, or as a reminder of goals for an anorexic.

Someone may have P.D.I.F. on clothing and/or binders as a reminder to not eat.
