Something that would only be considered acceptable in Ohio. Can be used as a compliment for trying or as a general insult. Usually based on at least two of the following: bad manners, outdated trends, poor hygiene, prevalence of Ohio sports team paraphernalia, hunting, general cheapness/tackiness, or fake tanning. "I checked out that new Japanese place last night, but everyone was eating sushi with forks."
