the inherent connection the African American race perceives to have among one another. Niglicity is frequently expressed through gang signs, pet names, and sexual innuendo.

That display of niglicity when the nigger greeted the other annoyed the shit out of me.

when there is a cycle that keeps minorities down. a downward spiral thats keeps a minority or the poor down. a catch 22 that affects the poor.

you dont have money so you get a job. you buy a shitty car to get to work to make money and then get pulled over and the police find out you have no insurance. you get fined a large sum of money for not having the money to buy insurance. its a niglical situation.
