Does this really need a definition? It's August 2011 and Nappy Taco has not been entered into the Urbandictionary. Amazing! Nappy Taco is another name for Vagina. Not a pejorative per se, but not exactly polite either. Damn you should have seen the way he ate my Nappy Taco. Screw wetback, I was wet all over!
