A small town in Orange County NY filled with many subsivisions of old dilapidated homes, trailer parks, etc. Monroe peaked in popularity in the early 1980s when a small tourist destination known as Museum Village opened. Recently there has been many massive apartment buildings built to house a rapidly growing population. The average combined home Salary is $27,500 according to the Forbes top 10 worst places to live and visit 2018. Many people flee Monroe for nicer neighboring towns such as Goshen Chester and Warwick.

A shitty yet nice town to live in, in upstate new York the only shitty thing about it is it's all liberals and the highschool it's run by crooks who only care about there money not there students education

Oxford is a terrible place to live unless you're on drugs. there is a drug house on every block. everyone is either on drugs or a theater kid.
