Having diarrhea from eating Italian food. This is usually caused from Italian restaurants not run by Italians.
Named for Benito Mussolini, the dictator of Fascist Italy, and a pun on Montezuma's Revenge, the result of eating bad Mexican food. I know I should have said something to the waiter when my ravioli came out cold, now I have Mussolini's revenge.
