Islam is NOT a religion of peace: it means "submission." It preaches peace only to OTHER Muslims. It teaches that you must make war on all other religions. It allows Christians and Jews to live only as second-class citizens (must pay jyzia tax) but it calls for beheading all others, including Buddhists and Hindus.

All religions have extremists, and some posters have pointed out the KKK. But the KKK was a long time ago. The KKK dis not blow up buildings and airplanes all accross the world even when it was active. Islam is currently waging terror war (i.e., deliberately targets only civilians) in: Thailand, East Timor, Phillipines, Chechnya, Jammu-Kashmir, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Israel, Nigeria, Sudan, and I can keep going. Otherwise, Islam has never really won a conventional war against armies, even in its history.
