Meth City 

Vancouver, Washington, USA. Not to be confused with Vancouver BC or Washington DC. This quaint town, straight across The Great Columbia River from Portland, Oregon, is the hub of all meth activity in the Northwest, the US, and possibly the entire world. No other place is home to as much meth usage as Vancouver. As a common tourist attraction, meth users can be seen lining every streetcorner, alley, building, and other various structures in Vancouver.

Also goes by the aliases of Vantucky!, The Couve, The VNC, and of course, Meth City.

You smell of meth, my dear. Have you been scumming around in The VNC again? I thought I told you to stay away from that awful Meth City.
