When you try to flatter someone, or have them feel good right before you ask them to do you a favor.

Guy: "honey-love, sugarplum, my queen on earth"
Woman : What do you want? Stop mamaguying me
Guy: I just want you to pass the remote on the table please.

A person who is simultaneously a mama, as well as a guy. Also referred to as a fool.
