A female that annoyingly uses way too many abbreviations, even when talking face to face.

Guy: Hey did you fail your final?
Girl: Obvs, mis. nation.
Guy: What does that even mean???
Girl: TFCO
Guy: You're such a makeever!!!
Girl: LIC. GAFL.
Guy: Now you're just making these up...
