He's the one who has to do the filthy man-on-man sucker and pucker when the boyz come back to the crib with no skank after a night rolling at da club. Comes from prison inmate speak. Ironically, unintentionally probably, referencing the ay bikers call their girlfriends "old ladies." Typically it's a small-in-stature teen who probably still has disfiguring acne on his cheeks and smells yet won't wear the same pair of AF1s two days in a row for fear of not looking "fresh."
