It means someone who is loved and cared for by everyone. A 'Kulapriya' is usually very honest and caring. Not many girls are named Kulapriya, so it's also a very rare name. 'Kulapriya's' usually look out for the welfare of others before thinking about themselves. They are very, kind, sweet girls; their weaknesses are that they fall in love very hard. When they do they are willing to give up their life for the person they love and they lose all sense of direction because of how madly in love they are. All in all, 'Kulapriya's' are pretty awesome, unique girls and pretty fun to hang out with.
