When a person perceives themselves to be of a king like stature and will therefore blow their own horn to anybody who'll listen. In doing so they will create a fantasy life for themself in order to build their own ego.

If a person where to say they where an all american sprinter, where in actual fact they could barely run after the school bus, they would be a kinghorn.
