Someone who you can count on to be there when you need her the most. She's the best of friends that anybody could ask for. She can be very bubbly at times but in a good way. You'd be considered lucky to have a Kate in your life because she's basically the best.

Kate is a very hectic and crazy girl. She may seem nice and calm at first, but when you talk to her, you can see how she really is. Kate loves to be around others and even when she hates people, she’s nice to them. In spite of this, Kate is very two faced and likes to make fun of people behind their backs.
