A word used when people ask "whats up" and you have no idea what to answer, so you just say "jutloops" to annoy/confuse the one who's asked. "What is up" is probably impossible to answer correctly, so to return the idea of meaningless phrasing, it can be quite satisfying to say "jutloops".
me? youre the one whos askin me what is up? look yourself if you really wanna know! jutloops can answer all your stupid question...
