when a customer buys a produst from the cashier and give them enough money for the change to add up to exactly one cent and the customewants that one penny back. That one penny is now a Jew Penny.
I got a Jew Penny right after i bought a pizza that was $9.99 included tax and i gave them $10 and wanted the penny back.
