A common phrase in the mid-western prison district used to describe the respected leader of the prison underground movement. Derived from the longer term "jesmyeserokalright" this word was keyed after the late Howard Greg made his final prison break attempt. Known for it's use in the prison underground system this word has surfaced around the mid-west and even crossed into northern Mexico where it is used in a common fashion, though slightly changed (i.e. Jesmo).
The Jesm is making an announcement about the prison break in district four at 0900 hours.
