Richard: You can't I have to approve it

Johnathon: Can I get an update?
Richard: I will check it now!
1 Week later...
Johnathon: Can I get an update?
Richard: I will check it now!
3 Week later...
Johnathon: Can I get an update?
Richard: Let me quickly check it now!

Richard: Looks good to send
