A rusty contaminated,ball pump is stuck it in the pee hole and inflated like viagra would do but it's really inflating it with poisonous gas that causes you to have cum squirting out of your belly button,eyes,nose etc. (after you are dead two anonymous jedi dump on your mother's chest)
