This Refers To The Town Of Irvine In Scotland. This Is A Guide For Anyone Who Has Never Been To Irvine Before. Irvine Is A Small Town With Several Smaller Areas In It:
Town Centre: Home To Most Of The Towns Homeless People. Most Notably "Wullie Socks" Notorious Stealer Of Wallets And Junkie Extrordinare. There Is a Mall Full Of Shops That Are Shutting Down And Also The Magnum "Leisure" Centre. The Goth Kids Can Usually Be Found Down Town.
Springside: Shitehole Of Irvine. Neds, Neds And More Neds. Most Of The Houses Have Lovely Metal Shutters Over The Windows And Most Of The Woman Are Pregnant At Fifteen. Home Of The Notorious Springside Young Team. Avoid This Area At All Costs. Dont Look Anyone In The Eyes.
Boutreehill: This Area Can Be Divided Into To Smaller Areas, Due To Both Gangs From Each Place Fighting Each Other. Lets Start With Cafe, The Dirtier Of The Two Areas. Cafe Seems To Have A Huge Cannabis Cloud Just Floating Above The Buildings. Full Of Jakes. Now On To Village, Slightly Cleaner Still Dirty. Not As Bad As Most Places In Irvine. Truth Be Told Its Actually Alright Apart From The High Level Of Neds.
Lawthorn/Percton: The Poshest Place In Irvine. Also The Most Boring. Everyones Grass Is Just The Right Length And Noone Does Anything The Police Would Frown Upon. Extremely Anal. No Neds Or Goths Here. Just Rich Kids. Their Not Bad People Though.
Girdle Toll: Very Average Place. A Shop, A Young Team, Some Goths. Nothing Special Or Different About It. Not As Bad As Springside Or As Good As Percton/Lawthorn. Its Just Like A Less Intresting Version Of Dreghorn.
Dreghorn: Probably The Best Area Of Irvine. Which Is A Bit Like Sayin Its The Best Spice Girl, It Means Nothing. Recomend The Dairy, Very Good Chips. Not To Many Neds Or Goths. Just Normal Kids. Not Bad.

An affluent city located in Southern California and apart of affluent Southern Orange County. Irvine is a beautiful city with clean streets, beautiful scenery, well mannered people and a safe city, one of the safest in the US. Irvine is nicknamed "the bubble" because of its secure, safe neighborhoods, and leaving Irvine in Irvine language is considered "leaving the bubble" because other cities don't have the the safest streets and areas like King Irvine. Irvine is "too safe" in alot of people's opinions and is known to be a cop infested city where you have to watch yourself from getting got by the cops. Irvine is not for everyone, But overall Irvine is a beautiful affluent city in Southern California.

Known for being like a "bubble" with a rich neighborhood and little to no crime, it's one of the safest cities in the US.
It has a few different neighborhoods, such as Woodbridge and Oak Creek.
Oak Creek is smaller and has Pine Trees everywhere. I think it's called that way because it's nearby the San Diego creek, which isn't really as much of a creek and more of a way to avoid flash floods (all the rain channels into there). Most of the time there's hardly any water there bc it never rains and we almost always have perfect weather.
Woodbridge is nearby the North and South lake and is where I live currently. It's nice because it's nearby the Woodbridge center which has a nice view of the lake and good boba. All of the high schoolers from Woodbridge High and middle schoolers from Lakeside Middle go there after school and drink boba.
Then there's the apartments nearby Spectrum center... aka Irvine-Company-Land. Irvine company is basically mass-producing these gross beige apartments all with a somewhat Spanish building style everywhere, at in incredibly fast rate. Spectrum center is nice though with a ferris wheel, movie theater, and a lot of nice clothing stores and restaurants. It's one of the few places where people still played pokemon go because of the large number of pokestops and gyms and also has a good boba place which replaced Casey's Cupcakes.
Also the whole city is like super close by to LA, the beach, disneyland, and a lot of other popular places in California.

Although generally believed to be a very safe city, a dark truth has been slowly coming to the community's attention. A formerly insignifcant problem is now causing concern among residents of the higher socioeconomic areas such as Turtle Rock and University Hills. Irvine's most exclusive areas are now falling to gang violence. As many as 13 new gangs are rising with many individual sets. The biggest ones include the University Hills Elite, Sierra Street Slingers, West Crest Traffikaz, and their arch rivals, the East Crest Cholos. Most of these notorious gangs have already formed deep alliances with other local syndicates. Although violence is kept to a minimum, there are two major war zones which are still considered disputed territories: French Hill and Turtle Rock Community Park. The Irvine Police Department has not yet taken any action as these gangs are small and thus far not a major threat. However, if this trend continues, urban riots may follow suit.
