Happy hunting ground 

Indian's version of heaven. What they believe is their afterlife. However if you get scalped (scalp removed) and killed they believe you will not go to the Happy hunting ground when you die. Sitting Bull is a well know Indian.

Indian: I'm going to scalp this white savage so I never have to see his white devil face when I die, when I'm in the Happy hunting ground.
