A fine southwest London/north Surrey cocktail consisting of half a pint of Guinness in a pint glass, to which is added one 275ml bottle of Young's Ramrod (strong ale). Believed to have been invented in the upper bar area of the New Town Inn, Sutton, circa 2010. GuinRod is part of the Young's cocktail family, of which the most notable member is "Ram'n'Special": identical to the above but with a half pint of Young's Special substituted for the Guinness.
I'm going to push the boat out tonight! Landlord, a GuinRod and a packet of Scampi Fries!

Are you sure, sir?

Oh god, David's drinking GuinRod again. Silly tosser.
