Verb: To be caught in a conversation with a lonely grandma who is a stranger or neighbor. If you are a young person and she thinks that you are friendly and want to listen to what she says, she will tell you her life story, give you advice that you could never use, or gossip about things that you have no desire to hear, like something private about one of her grandchildren. Your response to what she says is not required, and after about 10-15 minutes, she will break off the conversation and act like you don't exist.
I was grandma'd really hard at the grocery store today by a lady giving out shrimp cake samples.
