A fooshy goober is a term of endearment used for an amazing friend. It’s mostly used on someone goofy, funny, and an all around great person. If you are called a fooshy goober it may sound like a mean name but trust me it means you’re goofy nice and a great person. It can also be used if someone screws up in a funny way.
Person 1: god i Love Olivia and hailey SO much they’re so goofy and nice.
Person 2: yeah, they’re such fooshy goobers!

A Goober Scoober is typically centered around Someone who is seen as less than. Someone who may be foolish, naive, or just plan stupid. as per typical for scooby doo.
