Golden Blue Ball 

When a person, usually a guy, comes over a females house and proceeds to pleasure her. Then in return the female tells him he has to go, without pleasuring him back. This can also be called the Epic Blue Ball

"Yeah I ate her out last night"

"Then did she blow you?"

"... No. She gave me the golden blue ball and kicked me out"

"Please give me your man card right away"
