Gastroplastectomy

A surgical procedure in which a section of Plexiglass is inserted onto one's abdomen, allowing one to see out while one's head is up one's ass.

Jesus, Bob is a walking cluster fuck. We need to get him a gastroplastectomy for Christmas.
