A pancake with honey/maple syrup emblazoned on the inside. Whilst the first side is cooking on the frying pan, drizzle some honey/maple syrup onto the side that hasn't been cooked yet, while it is still liquid batter. One must ensure that the bottom is mostly cooked so the honey/maple syrup just doesn't seep through the entire pancake.
