one who is incredibly weak and submits to tasks such as baking, cooking or cleaning. frail as shit also refers to a lack of physical strength and inability to stand up for yourself

Bobby: I'm hungry, make me a sandwich.
Katie: Fine, what kind
Bobby : Doesn't matter, but make it quick
Katie leaves
Dan: Damn, katie is frail as shit
