Flash RAM

Non-volatile memory chip.
Information will last an estimated 100 years with (battery) power.
It is similar in operation to EEPROM in that it can be erased with a higher voltage than it is read or written with, but does not require as much time to write or voltage to reset.
You can only erase the whole Flash RAM at once.
