To be the victim of unwanted sexual advance by an elderly, creepy individual. Especially an advance that involves face licking.

She thought he was leaning in to listen to her and instead, he Filnered her. In disgust, she had to wipe the drool off her cheek with the back of her hand.

1. The act of leaning in to give someone a kiss and instead, licking that person's face.
2. Forcing one's tongue into another's mouth (in an unwanted gesture).

Named after ousted San Diego Mayor, Bob Filner.
