A large, bazooka-like gun that shoots dildos hard enough into a foe's mouth to break his/her neck.

Police Officer: <looks at shattered body> Dear god! What happened to this poor man?!

Innocent Bystander: He has succumb to the neck-breaking power of the fear machine.
