Ftm is a term transgender people use. If you were born a female and your trans and you want to be a boy then you are ftm

Person 2: wow ok sick let’s get back to the game now

Someone who was assigned female at birth but is trying to transform into a male. Transgender

Person 1: Oh you didn't hear he's ftm.

Person 2: His name used to be Kira now it's Zack.
