Eye pester or E.P (adverb - E.P-ing) is the act of looking directing at a female and not breaking the gaze for any reason, even if they ask you to stop. The longer you keep your gaze fixed on your target, be it tits, eyes, legs, the bigger the eye pesterer you are.

Brian, you are E.P-ing the utter shit out of that blondie, you eye pestering son of a bitch.
