To spray deoderant onto your person, rather then actually have a wash.

Tam: Oi Willy, ain't ye meetin' tha' bird the noo?

Willy: Aye

Tam: Nah man ye cannie like, ye stink.

Willy: Nae probs mate, I'll jist gae fer a wee Dundee Bath

Tam: Aye, right ye are Willy, right ye are.
