Drowning Eyes

The fictional condition exemplified by someone always having the unintentional appearance of depression or sadness, but whom is, in reality, just very sad looking with eyes which appear to have been drowning in a pool of tears.

G: Maybe I should ask her out, man.
P: Naw, man, I think she might be a druggy. She looks like she's been hung over for days.
G: She might just have drowning eyes.
P: Who can really say...
