A truely great power/speed metal band. people who don't respect them are usually the dumber (no offence) breed of metalheads. People who do respect them usually play instruments themselves or are metalheads with a true understanding and respect for music. Even if you don't like Dragonforce, you must respect Herman Li for his talent.
Dragonforce completely took the show at ozzfest and I think bands like Dragonforce, Sonata Arctica, and Cellador are the next step in metalution.

A flomboyant, but mariginally talented hair-metal band that attempts to disguise poorly written music with fast tempos. The guitar players are regarded as very good players, which is false. Their playing is characterized by modern day trickery drawing the attention from the actual playing, and meaningless to the actual sound such as wrapping the left hand over the back of the guitar neck. The singing is uninspired and lacks power. Anyone who likes Dragonforce is sadly shallow and un-informed when it comes to all things music and ass kicking.

Metal band with an infinite amount of potential, however, Due an unfortunate accident at the age of 8, the vocalist sounds like a little fag and this ruins the entire music. However, most people that are new to metal see their extremely talented guitarists and claim they are the best band ever, Even though there have been hundreds of guitarist that have outperformed them. These others, however, were not markeeted and commercialized as much as Fagonfor...excuse me.. DRAGONforce, thus all the newbies think they are the best.

Uses Accelerators to make them sound like they can play fast. They come to concerts drunk and forget words songs(if you dont believe me go on youtube). Also if you watch the music video for ttfaf you can tell he is not actually playing the amoount of notes that it sounds like he is. Also he needs to get off the effects pedal. And keyboard plays more of the song then guitar.

The most overrated band of all time whose lyrics are all about dragons and mystical knights and things that a 3 year old could think of. Their musical influences are the backround music in video games and they can't actually play the shitty music they write so when they record albums they play it at less than half the speed and speed it up with an accelerator. When they try to play their songs live, they end up sloppy and get many complaints from the audience. They aren't true metal in any way. They guitarist also can't reach far enough with his hands to play some of the songs so he has to put them over the neck rather than under.
