Much like the Dirty Sanchez, the Dirty Wilkins includes poo rubbed on the face, but the aplicator is no longer ones index finger. After romantic anal loving, the male removes his stool infested penis and begins to smear it across the female partner's face, creating "Dirty Sanchez" effect.
