A "fancier" name for cocktail sauce. replacing both words used to make up the name with equally demeaning words.

cock = dick

tail = butt

sauce = sauce

Fancypants: Good sir, can yu pass me the dickbutt sauce? I prefer it for dipping me shrimp.
