Deposit Rape occurs when a fuckhead slumlord usurps your deposit for no good reason (i.e. claiming you broke shit she/he should have fixed before you moved in).
Why bother cleaning the rug and spackeling the holes in the walls before moving out? My tightass landlady is for sure going to deposit rape me.
